Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing to spend your time and energy with MAYA. These guidelines exist to protect the experience for everyone — including you. Please take a moment to read through before securing your spot.
Payment
All appointments and circles are paid in full at the time of booking. This is how your spot is held and the experience is prepared with care for you.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and we understand that. However, to honour the time and energy committed to each session, we're unable to accommodate same-day rescheduling or cancellations.
Changes made on the day of your appointment are treated as a cancellation — no refunds or credits will be issued, and a new booking will be needed to reserve a future spot.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your booking confirmation link.
Arriving Late
We hold space with intention, and that includes starting and ending on time — for you and for everyone sharing the experience.
- Up to 15 minutes late: You're welcome to join for the remaining time of your session.
- More than 15 minutes late without prior notice: Your spot will be released and treated as a cancellation, with no refund or credit issued.
If you know you're running behind, please reach out as early as possible — a heads-up goes a long way.
